Now that
my baking is finished, I am off to the post office to mail some
treats. After putting so much effort into making my cookies look
perfect, I really enjoy packaging them in pretty boxes too. After
all, if these are Christmas gifts, they might as well look the
part, right? I use several different sizes of tins and boxes to
send them off, but my new favorite are these
cookie boxing kits from no one other than Martha, dahling.
The kit
contains 6 sturdy boxes, precut tissue for lining the boxes, pre
cut ribbon for wrapping and gift tags. I added a half sheet of 8.5
x 11 heavy card stock in order to stack two layers of cookies in
these bad boys. Also, I always like to use
large fluted cups ,
small flute candy cups , and
clear treat bags to make a nice presentation and ensure safe
cookie travels.
